If you wish to enter multiple teams across different age groups, please submit a copy of this form for each age group.

Entry fee is £40 per team and £30 for each additional team in the same age group. If you enter and payment is made by 31st March 2023, a £5 discount applies to the entry fee for the first team entered in each age group.

Your entry will only be validated on receipt of the tournament entry fee. This should be paid within 7 days of entering to:
